Multi-ring cell phone with PSTN LINE

I would like my cell phone to ring at the same time as my home phone [LINE in my OBi 110].  I have set up [2] Google Voice accounts as SP1 and SP2.  I can set my cell phone to ring with either one of those thru Google.  I can't seem to make the phone ring and the cell phone at the same time, when someone calls the PSTN LINE.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

Physical Interfaces -> LINE Port -> InboundCallRoute : {spx(12341234567),ph}

where spx (sp1 or sp2) is the trunk to use for calling and 12341234567 is the number to call.
